Internal reports

Europa Ubezpieczenia operates in accordance with high standards resulting from legal provisions, internal regulations, and ethical norms. The “Procedure for reporting violations of the law and taking follow-up action” defines the procedure for reporting violations, the rules for verifying them and taking corrective action, as well as protecting the reporter from retaliation. We enable any person who believes that an irregularity has occurred or is occurring to report this fact in the following manner:

  • by sending written information to the company's registered office, with the recommended note “whistleblowing - confidential” or “violations - confidential,”
  • by sending a report via email to naruszenia@tueuropa.pl,
  • by submitting a report using the form below,
  • verbally at a meeting with the head of the Compliance Office.

Reports may be made by name or anonymously. Europa Ubezpieczenia guarantees the reporter protection against repressive measures, discrimination, or other types of retaliation. Information sent by post to the company's registered office with the recommended note “whistleblowing - confidential” or “violations - confidential” is subject to separate proceedings with the right to confidentiality and access only by authorized persons. Upon receipt of a report, we process personal data to the extent necessary to accept the report or take any follow-up action.

Internal reports using the form

The form below is intended for confidential and anonymous reports of potential illegal and unethical activities. Please note that you are not required to enter any data that would allow you to be identified. The information is provided anonymously. If you would like to be informed about how the reported case is handled, please provide your contact details.

External reports

The Act of June 14, 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers also provides for the possibility of external reporting, i.e., the disclosure of information about reasonable suspicions of an actual or potential violation of the law:

  • to the Ombudsman,
  • to a public authority,
  • where appropriate, to institutions, bodies, or organizational units of the European Union.

No prior internal report is required to make an external report. An external report may be made orally or in writing.

An external report in document form may be made:

  • in paper form - to the correspondence address indicated by the Ombudsman or the public authority receiving the report,
  • in electronic form - to the e-mail address or electronic mailbox address, or electronic delivery address indicated by the Ombudsman or the public authority receiving the report, or via a dedicated online form or application indicated by the public authority as the appropriate application for making reports in electronic form.
